The Brighton Bowling Club, founded in 1892, welcomes both experienced players and newcomers to the game who will receive tuition and friendly encouragement. Spare sets of bowls are available for use of newcomers. If you are interested then come and join us.
Our six rink outdoor green is available all day, any day with regular friendly matches on weekday and Saturday afternoons in good company.
The 2018 bowls season has now come to a close but there will be many new opportunities to become involved in friendly competitive matches in 2019. We have a large number of club games planned and hope to see another year with good turnout and success.
The Club is affiliated to the E.B.A through the Sussex County Bowling Association. We are also affiliated to the Brighton, Hove & District Bowling League, the Brighton, Hove & District Women’s Bowling League, the Hove Bowls League (mixed) and play league in Division 2.
. In addition we are also affiliated to the Sussex County Women’s Bowling Association.
CONGRATULATIONS to Brighton Bowling Club on winning the Edward Rowland Memorial Trophy in 2016, beating Southwick Park 21 – 14.
